ABOUT THE EGSA

The Ewing Girls Soccer Association (EGSA) is a recreational program that provides girls between the ages of 5 and 17 the opportunity to play competitive soccer outside of a travel soccer or school team environment.  The focus of the program is on fun, instruction, and making and growing friendships.

Novice players are taught basic soccer skills and game strategy, while experienced players work on improving their skills and developing a better understanding of plays and game situations.  All girls are assigned to a team without being required to try out and will play at least half of each game.

  • Photo Gallery - Pictures from the current season's games will be posted here. Look for your friends and teammates each week!
  • Age Group Calculator - Check to see which division your child will be playing in this year. Just input their birth date, no more guessing!
  • Weekly Highlights - Highlights and scores from the previous weeks game will be available on line.
  • Division Standings - This year the Division I and II standings will be available on-line and updated weekly.
  • EGSA Newsletter - The Goalpost will now be available on-line to download and print.

Registration is now open for 2009.  You can download the form here or look for it in your child's homework packets.  The registration form and payment of the appropriate fee should be mailed to:

Girls whose registration forms are received on or before June 23, 2009 are guaranteed placement on a team.  Girls whose registration forms are received after June 23, 2009 will be placed onto teams on a first-come, first-served basis, and only as roster space permits.
